Casa Alessia

Casa Alessia si trova nel paese di Canneto, zona balneare dell'isola di Lipari. La casa si raggiunge tramite un viottolo pedonale misto a qualche scalino che per circa 150 metri si stacca dalla strada comunale. Il mare è a soli 250 metri , così come i negozi, la fermata bus, bar e ristoranti.

La casa ha cucina soggiorno ampia e con finestra panoramica sul mare; è attrezzata di tutto ed ha anche il forno. Disempegno con zona lavatrice.
Le camere da letto sono due e sono entrambi indipendenti. La prima ha letto matrimoniale e terzo letto, finestra panoramica sul mare. La seconda camera ha letto matrimoniale, finestra con affaccio sul terrazzo, aria condizionata e tv con decoder.

Il bagno è completo di tutti i sanitari ed ha vasca/doccia, e piccola finestra oblò.
Il terrazzo è coperto, attrezzato di tavolo e sedie e con splendido panorama sul mare e sulle isole di Panarea e Stromboli.

La zona è ideale per tutti gli spostamenti, per la vicinanza al mare e non risente del traffico e dei rumori del lungomare di Canneto.

The house is located in the village of Canneto, beach zone of the island of Lipari. The house is reached through a small street mixed with some steps for about 150 meters off from the main road.
The sea is only 250 meters, as well as shops, bus stops, bars and restaurants.

The house has large kitchen and living room with window overlooking the sea; it is fully equipped and also has the oven.
Area with washing machine.
The bedrooms are two and both are independent. The first room has double bed and third single bed, window overlooking the sea. The second bedroom has double bed, window overlooking the terrace, air conditioning and TV with decoder.

The bathroom is complete with all sanitary and has full bath with shower and small window.
The terrace is covered with table and chairs and beautiful views of the sea and islands of Panarea and Stromboli.

The area is ideal for all journeys, including proximity to the sea and is a quite zone.
