Casa Alice

Casa Alice si trova in pieno centro storico ma nello stesso tempo isolata dai rumori del traffico e della vita notturna.
La casa è a pochi passi da bar, supermercati, ristoranti ed a poche centinaia di metri dal capolinea degli autobus e dal porto degli aliscafi e delle navi.

L'appartamento ha ingresso da un vicoletto del centro ed è strutturato su tre livell.

Al primo piano si trova una camera da letto matrimoniale con balcone, bagno con piccola vasca-doccia e finestra, ma senza bidet; un soggiorno-camera con divano letto matrimoniale ed un letto a castello da utilizzare per famiglie con bambini ( da conteggiare a parte).
L 'ambiente è molto luminoso vista la presenza di finestre e balconi.

Al secondo piano c'è un ampia cucina soggiorno completamente attrezzata, dotata di tv-color e con accesso ad un terrazzino coperto; una camera da letto matrimoniale con uscita su un balconcino e finestra; un bagno completo con box doccia ma senza bidet.

Tramite una scala in legno un pò ripida si accede la terzo piano con un grande terrazzo parzialmente coperto ed attrezzato di tavolo, sedie e sdraio, c'è anche vista parziale sul mare. Tra le dotazioni barcbecue e zona lavatoio con lavelli.

Al piano terra è stato ricavato un'utile zona lavanderia, ci sono anche un box doccia ed un wc supplementari.

House Alice is in the historical centre of lIpari, but at the same time in a quite zone.
The house is to little steps from bar, supermarkets, restaurants and to little hundreds of meters from the bus-station for the beach, and at abot 250 meters from the harbour.

The apartment is structured on three livell :

On the firts floor there is a matrimonial bedroom with balcony, bath with bathtub-shower and window, but without bidet; a living-room with double divan-bed and a bunk-bed to use for families with children (it's a extra cost).

The atmosphere is much luminous for the presence of windows and balconies.

On the second floor there is a wide kitchen-living room equipped of tv-color and with covered access to a balcony; one matrimonial bedroom with escape on a balcony and window; a complete bath with box shower but without bidet.

On third floor there is a large terrazzo partially covered and equipped of table, chairs and deckchair, there is also a partial view on the sea and a zone with barcbecue.

On then ground floor there is a zone with washing-machine and also box- shower and an additional wc.
