Case Baia A+B

Le case Baia sono due comodi appartamenti di recentissima ristrutturazione che si contraddistinguono per comodità, vicinanza
alla spiaggia ed al centro abitato di Canneto che offre bar, ristoranti, lidi e supermarket...

La casa è al primo piano, a 150 metri dal mare ed a circa 900 metri dalle famose spiagge bianche.
Ambedue gli appartamenti hanno entrata indipendente e sono dei bilocali entrambi con cucina separata dagli altri ambienti e bagno. I posti letto sono 5 per ciascun appartamento.

Ecco la descrizione nei particolari:

- Baia A ( 4+1 posti) : camera da letto matrimoniale con balcone; seconda camera ampia con letto matrimoniale più terzo letto, Tv color e balcone vista mare.
La cucina non è molto ampia ma è attrezzata di tavolo e di forno. La toilette è completa di tutti gli accessori e con doccia e finestra. C'è lavatrice.

- Baia B ( 4+1 posti) : camera da letto matrimoniale ampia con terzo letto, balcone panoramico con vista mare e tv-color. Questa camera può fungere anche da soggiorno pranzo-cena se non si vuole utilizzare il terrazzo.
Seconda camera con letto matrimoniale e finestra alta.
Piccola cucina con forno e tavolo apribile (per 2 persone). Toilette con doccia ed areatore, c'è anche la lavatrice.

Mediante una scala esterna si accede allo splendido terrazzo panoramico con vista sulle isole di Panarea e Stromboli, e sul golfo di Canneto.

L'arredamento per il terrazzo prevede due tavoli, sedie ed ombrelloni. Il terrazzo è molto ampio ed offre comodamente ospitalità per i clienti dei due appartamenti. Tutti gli infissi delle camere da letto sono in legno.

The predominant characteristic of the house Baia is the convenience, both for the proximity to the beach and to the center of Canneto, and for the ampleness and the independence of its inside environments.

The Baia Houses is uniform in two apartments on the first floor, 150 meters away from the sea and about 900 meters from the famous white beaches.
Each apartment has indipendent kitchen with table in wood, and windows.

There are also 2 bedrooms for apartment with possibiliy of adjonable third single bed.
The rooms have balconies and window, and there is also the tv-color.
There is one tolilette for each apartment complete of all the accessories and with shower .
Both houses have washing-machine.

Through a staircase you can enter to the splendid panoramic terrace with view on the islands of Panarea and Stromboli, and on the Canneto gulf.

The furnishing for the terrace foresees table with big ombrella, chairs and bunk in plastics; there is also a curtain to partial coverage. All the fixtures are endowed with shutters in wood.
