La Praia A

Siamo nella località di Canneto, a due passi dal mare, supermercati, bar, ristoranti, fermata dell'autobus e da tutte le comodità di una casa in zona centrale.

Dalla casa, percorrendo solamente circa 50 mt si raggiunge la spiaggia attrezzata di sdraio ed ombrelloni ma anche in parte con libero accesso.

La casa La Praia A si trova al primo piano e si accede tramite una scala che porta alla prima camera soggiorno con 2 letti singoli ( eventualmente unibili in matrimoniale ), più terzo letto, aria condizionata e TV color.

Dalla camera soggiorno, si accede alla cucina completa di tutto, con forno a microonde, ventilatore a soffitto ed uscita sul balcone.

Oltre la cucina abbiamo la seconda camera da letto con pale a soffitto ed ampia finestra. Il bagno è con box doccia e piccola finestra (no bidet).

We are in the town of Canneto, just steps from the beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bus stops and all the comforts of home in the central area.

From the house, covering only about 50 meters you reach the beach equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, but also some with free access.

The House Praia A is on the first floor and is accessed by a staircase leading to the living room with 3 single beds (or matrimonial bed + single bed), air conditioning and color TV.

From the living room, you enter the fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, ceiling fan and exit to the balcony.

Beyond the kitchen we have the second bedroom with blades ceiling and large window. The bathroom with shower and small window (no bidet).
