La Praia B

Siamo nella località di Canneto, a due passi dal mare, supermercati, bar, ristoranti, fermata dell'autobus e da tutte le comodità di una casa in zona centrale.

Dalla casa, percorrendo solamente circa 50 mt si raggiunge la spiaggia attrezzata di sdraio ed ombrelloni ma anche in parte con libero accesso.

La casa La Praia B si trova al secondo piano, ha accesso tramite una scala in legno che porta alla prima camera-soggiorno composta da 2 letti singoli (unibili in matrimoniale), divano, ampia finestra con vista parziale sul mare, tv color, aria condizionata ed uscita sul terrazzo.

Divisa da una parete c'è la seconda camera da letto anch'essa con letto matrimoniale più letto singolo con ampia finestra, aria condizionata e ventilatore.

La cucina è ricavata sull'ampio terrazzo ed è attrezzata di tutto; il terrazzo è ampio con vista parziale sul mare ed è attrezzato di tavolo e sedie.

Dal terrazzo si accede anche al bagno completo con box doccia e finestra.

We are in the town of Canneto, just steps from the beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bus stops and all the comforts of home in the central area.

From the house, covering only about 50 meters you reach the beach equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, but also some with free access.

The House Praia B is on the second floor, accessed by a wooden staircase leading to the living-room consists of 2 single beds (or matrimonial bed), sofa, large window with partial sea view, color TV, air conditioning and exit to the terrace.

Divided by a wall there is the second bedroom with double bed plus single bed with large windows, air conditioning and fan.

The kitchen is derived on the large terrace and is equipped with everything, the terrace is large with a partial sea view and is equipped with table and chairs.

From the terrace there is also access to bathroom with shower and window.
