Villetta Nonna Lina

La casa Nonna Lina si trova nel paese di Canneto, zona balneare dell'isola di Lipari. E' un primo piano di villetta in tipico stile eoliano, di nuovissima edificazione.
Il mare e la spiaggia sono a soli 200 metri , così come i negozi, bar e ristoranti, etc...

La casa ha un ampia soggiorno con tv satellitare ( no decoder) e due mobili letto, uno singolo e l'altro estraibile che può diventare matrimoniale.
La cucina è all'interno di mobile a scomparsa. L'ambiente è ampio e luminoso vista la presenza di 2 finestre e di porta persiana con affaccio sul terrazzo, che rende questa camera indipendente .

Le camere da letto sono due. Una con letto matrimoniale ed entrata/uscita diretta sul terrazzo oltre che dall'interno; l'altra ha letto singolo e finestra . Tutti gli ambienti sono dotati di ventilatori.

Il bagno è completo di tutti i sanitari ed ha box doccia, lavatrice ed ampia finestra; ci si può accedere indipendentemente da tutte le camere.
Il terrazzo è molto ampio e coperto in stile eoliano. E' attrezzato di tavolo e sedie da esterno, lateralmente ed in lontananza si riescono a vedere anche le isole di Panarea e Stromboli.

La zona è ideale per tutti gli spostamenti, per la vicinanza al mare e non risente del traffico e dei rumori del lungomare di Canneto.

Nonna Lina's house in the village of Canneto, beach zone in the island of Lipari. It 's a first floor villa in the typical Aeolian style, brand new building.
The sea and the beach are just 200 meters, as well as shops, bars and restaurants, etc ...

The house has a spacious living room with TV and two mobile bed, one single and one which can become double.
Corner kitchenette. The environment is spacious and bright due to the presence of 2 windows and door overlooking the terrace, which makes indipendent this bedroom.

The bedrooms are two. One with double bed and entry / exit on the terrace as well as from direct and the other has a single bed and window. All rooms are equipped with fans.

The bathroom is complete with all sanitary and has shower, washingmachine and large window you can access all rooms independently.
The terrace is very large and covered in Eolian style. It is' equipped with table and chairs, side one can see the islands of Panarea and Stromboli.

The area is ideal for all journeys due to its proximity to the sea and undisturbed by traffic and noise of the waterfront Canneto.
