Hotel Residence Acquacalda

A 10 metri dal mare, toccando quasi con mano la verde Salina ed ammirando all'orizzonte la maestosa figura dello Stromboli e la piccola perla Panarea, si trova l'Hotel Residence Acquacalda a circa Km 10 dal centro abitato di Lipari ed a 7 Km dalla popolosa frazione balneare di Canneto.

Acquacalda è una frazione che si estende interamente sulla spiaggia omonima, dominata dalla maestosa montagna bianca della pomice, le cui cave sono le uniche in Europa insieme a quella turca.

Le strutture che Acquacalda offre sono: 2 bar - ristoranti, 1 rosticceria – pizzeria da asporto, l’ufficio postale; la "Piazza" luogo di incontro e passeggio di residenti e turisti, mentre la spiaggia attrezzata dista 100 mt dal residence.

Il Residence è disposto su 2 piani più mansarda, in tutto 21 tra mono e bilocali, per un totale complessivo di 50 posti letto.
Particolare cura è stata data alla scelta dei materiali per le rifiniture, mirando principalmente al rispetto delle caratteristiche tecniche di costruzione locali.

Gli appartamenti, arredati con gusto e sobrietà, con mobili in legno in tinta pastello, sono dotati di angolo cottura con frigo, bagno con doccia, TV LCD, aria condizionata (nel bilo ci sono 2 condizionatori), cassaforte, balcone o terrazzino sul mare, e sono distribuiti in modo da garantire un facile accesso all’ampio solarium annesso alla struttura.

1) Camere standard: camera 2 posti con balcone o terrazzino vista mare laterale; sono situate sia al pian terreno che al primo piano.

2) Camere vista mare: camera 2 posti con terrazzino vista mare frontale; sono situate sia al pian terreno che al primo piano.

3) Family-room "A" 4 pax: bilocale (2 camere) con 2 letti matrimoniali (1 per ogni camera), 1 mobile-cucina in 1 camera, 2 WC, terrazza attrezzata.

4) Family-room "A" 4+2 pax: trilocale (2 camere + cucina) con 2 letti matrimoniali (1 per ogni camera) e divano-letto matrimoniale in cucina, bagno-doccia, ampia terrazza panoramicissima.

5) Family-room "B" 4 pax: bilocale (2 camere) con 2 letti matrimoniali (1 per ogni camera), 1 mobile-cucina in 1 camera, bagno-doccia, 2 balconi (di cui 1 panoramico).Possibilità di aggiunta 5° letto in comodo divano-letto.

I collegamenti con il centro di Lipari sono, nel periodo estivo, molto frequenti.

To 10 meters from the sea, in front of Salina island and admiring to the horizon the majestic figure of the Stromboli and the small Panarea island, finds the Hotel Residence Acquacalda to approximately Km 9 from the historical centre of Lipari and to 7 Km from the famous Canneto's beach.

Acquacalda is a zone that extends entire on the namesake beach, dominated from the majestic mountain white of the pumice, whose hollow they are the only ones in Europe with to that Turk.
The structures that Acquacalda zone offers are: 2 bars - restaurants, 1 rotisserie-pizzeria take away, the post office, while the equipped beach tos be distant 100 mt from the Hotel.

The Hotel Residence Acquacalda is disposed on 2 plans more mansard, in all 21 between mono and two-roomed, for a total of 44 bed places. Particular cure has been given to the choice of the materials for the finishing, aiming mainly to the respect of the Aeolian characteristics.

The apartments are equiped of angle baking with frigo, bath with shower, TV LCD, air conditioned, safe, balcony or terrace on the sea, and the are distributed in order to guarantee an easy access to the ample annexed solarium.

In the summery period the bus for the historical centre of Lipari are much frequent.

1) Standard rooms: a room for 2 people with balcony or small terrace with a side sea view. They are located on the ground and first floors.

2) Rooms with a sea view: a room for 2 people with a small terrace with a frontal sea view. They are located on the ground and the first floors.

3) Family-room "A" 4 people: a two bedroom apartment with 2 double beds (1 for each room), mini-kitchen in 1 room, 2 bathrooms, furnished terrace.

4) Family-room "A" 4+2 people: a three bedroom apartment (2 bedrooms + kitchen) with 2 double beds (1 for each bedroom) and a double sofa bed in the kitchen, bathroom with shower, wide panoramic terrace.

5) Family-room "B" 4 people: a two bedroom apartment with 2 double beds (1 for each room), mini-kitchen in 1 room, bathroom with shower, 2 balconies (1 of which is panoramic). A 5th bed is provided with a comfortable sofa bed.
