Villetta Grazia

La Villetta Grazia si trova a circa 5 Km dal centro di Lipari, a Pianoconte, caratteristico borgo collinare , molto verde e servito da bar, ristoranti e pizzerie.
La breve distanza dal centro storico e dal mare è compensata dalla pace e dalla tranquillità che la zona offre.

E' una villetta del tutto indipendente immersa in un verde e fiorente giardino, dotata anche di posto auto. I primi negozi della zona sono a circa 600 metri da casa.
La casa è così divisa: ampia cucina soggiorno con divano, tavolo e sedie, tv-color ed aria condizionata. La zona cucina è attrezzata di tutto, con forno e finestra.

Le camere da letto sono due ed entrambi indipendenti. Hanno letto matrimoniale, aria condizionata e porta di entrata/uscita sul terrazzo.
Il bagno è ampio ed attrezzato di tutto: vasca/doccia con box , lavatrice, finestra.

Il terrazzo è davvero ampio e confortevole; è coperto in tipico stile eoliano ed attreazzato con tavolo e sedie da esterno.
C'è anche una zona con piccola cucina esterna supplementare.

La casa è bene arredata ed accessoriata, ci sono ampi spazi, un bel giardino ed il posto auto.

The House Grazia is located about 5km from the town of Lipari, the area called Pianoconte, characteristic hilly town, very green, and served from bars, restaurants and pizzerias.
The short distance from the city center and the sea is matched by peace and tranquility that the area offers.

It is a completely independent villa surrounded by a green garden, equipped with private parking.
The first stores of the area are about 600 meters from home.

The house is so divided: a large kitchen living room with sofa, table and chairs, color TV and air conditioning.
The kitchen area is equipped with everything, with oven and window. The bedrooms are both independent.

They have a double bed, air conditioning and second door on the terrace.
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with everything: with shower box, washing machine, window.

The terrace is very spacious and comfortable and is covered in the typical Aeolian style and with outside table and chairs.
There is also a small additional kitchen area outside. The house is well furnished and equipped, there are large spaces, a beautiful garden and parking.
