Villetta Del Capo

La Villetta Del Capo , tipica costruzione in stile eoliano, si trova poco distante dal comune di Malfa, uno dei tre comuni dell'isola di Salina.
E' immersa in un verde giardino in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa con un gran bel panorama.
La località si chiama Capo Gramignazzi e siamo a circa 1,8 km dal centro di Malfa e 5 km da Santa Marina. La spiaggia più vicina risulta essere quella di Punta Scario a Malfa.

La costruzione ha accesso dall'ampio terrazzo in stile eoliano con tettoia a copertura ed una stupenda vista sul mare, tutt'intorno alberi e vegetazione tipica.

La casa ha due camere da letto matrimoniali, molto grandi e luminose, ogni camera ha un terzo letto e c'è anche una culla per bimbi. Entrambe le camere hanno aria condizionata e acceso dal terrazzo ma sono anche comunicanti dall'interno.

La cucina, anch'essa con accesso indipendente, è attrezzata di forno e tv-color.

I servizi sono due, uno con accesso dalla seconda camera matrimoniale e l'altro con accesso dal terrazzo; entrambi i bagni sono completi e con finestra, in uno c'è anche la lavatrice.

Il terrazzo è molto ampio ed attrezzato di tavolo, sedie e sdraio; la casa è dotata di posto auto privato.

Accanto alla Villetta Del Capo vi è la Villetta Del Capo_B, da posti letto 6; le due case, pur essendo indipendenti , sono attigue e con accesso dal giardino , e risultano ideali per famiglie e gruppi di amici che desiderano trascorrere le proprie vacanze in pieno relax.

The Villetta Del Capo is in the zone of Malfa in the island Salina one of the most beautiful of the Eolian Islands. .
The Villa has a big terrace with sea view and a green garden all arround.

It is situated to around 5 km from the port of Santa Marina, to 1,8 km from the center of Malfa and from the beach of Punta Scario. The beach can be reached through a characteristic mixed path of stairs.

The zone is however well served from the public- services with stop bus to 200 mt from the house.

There are 2 bedrooms with matrimonial bed + one single bed for each room. The rooms are very large and confortable and there is also the air conditioning.
The kitchen is full equipped and with elettric oven and tv-color.

There are 2 bathrooms, one inside of the house and the other one with access from the terrace. There is also the washing-machine.
The covered terrace is equipped with talbe and chairs and there is a wonderful view on the sea; there is the private car-parking.

Near House Villetta Del Capo there is a House Villetta Del Capo_B, with 6 places;altough the 2 house are adjacent and with independent access from the garden and are recommended for families and groups of friends wishing to spend their vacation relaxing.l
