Il Mandarino

Siamo nella rinomata zona di Lingua, nel Comune di Santa Marina Salina., qui è tutto a due passi, mare, negozi tipici, bar e ristoranti.

La casa Il Mandarino è una villetta indipendente ( confinante con casa Hibiscus) ha un terrazzo coperto attrezzato di tavolo e sedie e proprio sul terrazzo è ricavata la cucina in muratura.

Ci sono 2 camere da letto: una con letto matrimoniale più 2 letti singoli , la seconda camera ha altri due letti singoli, non unibili ( in questo ambiente si trova il frigo).

Il bagno è completo di tutti i sanitari, con doccia e finestra.
Il terrazzo è attrezzato di tavolo e sedie ed è ombreggiato da diversi alberi.

Entrambe le camere hanno acesso dal terrazzo o dall'interno della casa.

Accanto alla casa Mandarino c'è la casa Hibiscus (6 posti letto), le case sono quindi ideali per gruppi e famiglie numerose.

Sono a circa 150 metri dalla spiaggia.

We are in the area called Lingua, in the town of Santa Marina Salina, everything here is a short walk, sea, typical shops, bars and restaurants.

The house Il Mandarino is located close to the beach at about 150 meters.

The area is green and quiet. The house is located on the ground floor and is accessed through the garden.
There is a room with matrimonial bed plus 2 single beds.

Another bedroom with 2 single beds ( in this room there is the fridge )
The kitchen is on the covered terrace.

The bathroom is complete, with shower and window.
The area is quiet and comfortable for all journeys.

Near the house Mandarino there is the house Hibiscus ( also for 6 peoples) so the houses are ideal for large families
