Villetta Lorella

Siamo nel comune di Malfa, nell'isola di Salina. In questa zona si respira un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante e si può ammirare la lussureggiante natura eoliana.

La Villetta Lorella è situata a soli 300 metri dalla piazza di Malfa e quindi dal centro storico del Comune; il viottolo che porta alla spiaggia di Punta Scario si trova invece a circa 800 metri da casa, il porto di S. Marina a 5 km circa.

Si tratta di 2 appartamenti in villa immersi nel verde: Sabina (2 posti letto) ed adiacente Lorella (2+2 posti letto), entrambi hanno entrata da un giardino e sono dotate di posto auto.

La Villetta Lorella è un bilocale con camera da letto matrimoniale con entrata anche dal terrazzo e con una scala che porta al soppalco in legno con letto matrimoniale e piccola fienstra. Il soppalco non è molto alto e vivibile ( mt. 1,50 circa) e per
questo adatto all'utilizzo solo di eventuali bambini.

L' ampia cucina in stile eoliano ha sempre entrata dal terrazzo. La casa è dotata di ventilatore ed allaccio per la Tv.
La toilette è completa di doccia e con areatore.

Il terrazzo è adiacente a quello della Villetta Sabina ma del tutto indipendente e separato.
E' coperto in stile eoliano ed attrezzato di tavolo e sedie per i momenti di relax. C'è una bellissima vista sul mare.

La zona coniuga vicinanza al centro di Malfa e quindi a negozi, supermarket, bar, etc.., con la tranquillità di una zona residenziale. La casa è dotata di posto auto privato.

We are in the zone of Malfa, in Salina island. In this zone there is a calm and relaxing atmosphere and the luxuriant nature eoliana can be admired.

The Villetta Lorella is situated to around 5km from the port of Santa Marina, to 300 meters from the center of Malfa and about 800 from the beach of Punta Scario . The beach can be reached through a characteristic mixed path of stairs.

The zone is however well served from the public- services with stop bus to 300 mt from the house.
The house is dipped in the green of the famous vineyards of Salina.

There are two nice studio apartments: Sabina ( 2 bed places ) and Lorella ( 4 bed places) .
Both the apartments, are leaned out on the ample patio covered in aeolian-style separated in two balconies equipped of table and chairs. From the balcony it is possible to see a wonderful panorama on the sea.

Lorella House is a 2 rooms apartment with bedroom with matrimonial bed and a loft with another matrimonial bed; the loft is suitable for children because it's not very high (about 1,50 metrs). The kitchen zone is with indipendent entrance from the terrace.
The place is endowed with fan.

The toilet is complete of shower and air-aspirator.
The covered terrace is with table and chairs and with a wonderful view on the sea.

There is a private car-parking. It's a really quite zone, but near the centre of Malfa.
