Villetta Ponente B

Siamo nel comune di Malfa, nell'isola di Salina. In questa zona si respira un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante e si può ammirare la tipica e lussureggiante natura eoliana, oltre ad un notevole panorama sulle isole di Panarea e Stromboli.

La casa Ponente B fa parte di un gruppo di villette, tutte in stile eoliano ed adiacenti tra loro:
Levante B ( posti 2) - Ponente B ( posti 3 ) - Levante A ( posti 4 ) - Ponente A ( posti 4/5 ).

Le villette si trovano a 500 mt circa dal centro del paese ed a circa 1 km dal viottolo che porta alla spiaggia del comune di Malfa denominata Punta Scario.
Le villette si raggiungono attaverso un viottolo sterrato che dalla strada comunale si stacca per circa 200 metri.

Casa Ponene B è un bilocale ampio al 1° piano, con accesso indipendente tramite scala esterna.
E' composta all'interno da una zona soggiorno con letto matrimoniale e balcone panoramico vista mare., tv- satellitare, aria condizionata.

L'angolo cottura è attrezzato di tutto, ha 4 fuochi e forno, finestra panoramica ed uscita sul terrazzo.
C'è una seconda cameretta singola con 2 piccole finestre e con accesso dalla zona soggiorno.

Il bagno è dotato di antibagno ed ha box doccia e finestra.

L'ampio terrazzo coperto è attrezzato di tavolo e sedie in legno ed ha una magnifica vista sul mare.
Il terrazzo è adiacente a quello della casa Levante B, ma separato da incannucciato. Le case sono di recente costruzione e sono arredate con gusto.
La zona ètranquilla e silenziosa, c'è anche il posto auto.

The house Ponente B is part of a group of villas, all Aeolian style and adjacent to each other:
Levante B (2 bed places ) - Ponente B (3 bed places ) - Levante A (4 bed places ) - Ponente A ( 4/5 bed places ).

The villas are located in approximately 500 meters from the town center and about 1 km from the small street leading to the beach of Punta Scario. The villas are reached via a small road which is about 200 meters from the main road.

Casa Ponente B is a two rooms apartment on the 1st floor with independent access.

The house has access from the terrace Aeolian typically equipped to enjoy the wonderful landscape in perfect peace, the green Malfa coast and the islands of Panarea and Stromboli.

The house has a matrimonial bed with balcony and panoramic sea view., Satellite tv, air conditioning.
The kitchenette is equipped for everything, and has a panoramic window.
The bathroom is equipped with anteroom and shower and window.

There is a second single room with 2 small window.

The large covered terrace is equipped with table and chairs in wood and has a magnificent sea view.
The terrace is adjacent to the house of Levante B, but separate . The houses are newly built and are tastefully decorated.
The area is quiet, there is the parking.
