Case Tita

Siamo nel comune di Santa Marina, nell'isola di Salina. Il comune più grande e sede anche del porto turistico e commerciale.

Si tratta di appartamenti in villa in stile tipicamente eoliano. Le case si trovano nella zona alta di Santa Marina per questo è necessario avere un mezzo (macchina o scooter) per poterle raggiungere e spostarsi facilmente durante il periodo del soggiorno. Le Tita sono comunque a 5 minuti dal centro e dal mare di Santa Marina.

Sono graziosamente arredate con mobili in vimini, hanno ventilatori nelle camere, cucine attrezzate ed alcune hanno anche la lavatrice.

> Tita A (4+1 posti letto) = composta da 2 camere con letto matrimoniale di cui una con terzo letto singolo ; le camere hanno entrata indipendente dal terrazzo. Sono ampie e confortevoli e con ventilatori.
Sul terrazzo coperto è stata ricavata una cucina in muratura completa di tutto con frigorifero e lavatrice.
I bagni sono due, entrambi con doccia, completi di tutti gli accessori e con finestra.
Il terrazzo (adiacente a quello di casa Tita B) è in stile eoliano ed è attrezzato di tavolo e sedie per l'esterno,con una splendida vista sul mare.

> Tita B (2 posti letto) = Monolocale con letto matrimoniale e mobile cucina apribile a due fuochi, ventilatore. Piccolo bagno (no bidet) con doccia e finestra. Terrazzo coperto ( adiacente a Tita A) con vista sul mare e sulle isole di Lipari e Panarea ed attrezzato di tavolo e sedie da esterno.

> Tita C (2+1 posti letto) = Monolocale con letto matrimoniale e terzo letto aggiunto con finestra e porta sul terrazzo; la stanza è inoltre dotata di ventilatore a soffitto. Il bagno è completo con box doccia e finestra.
Sul terrazzo coperto vi è la zona cucina completa, attrezzata di tavolo e sedie da esterno e ha una bella vista sul mare e sulle isole di Lipari e Panarea.

La villetta è circondata da un giardino, la zona offre pace e tranquillità pur essendo a due passi da tutti i comfort. Ideale per coppie, gruppi di amici e famiglie. Posto auto a disposizione.

We are in the town of Santa Marina, on the island of Salina. The largest town and seat of the port and tourist trade.
These apartments are situated in typically Aeolian-style Villa. They are at 5 minutes by car or sccoter to the centre and to the beach in Santa Marina.

They are finely decorated with wicker furniture, have ceiling fans or ventilator in the rooms, kitchens equipped and some have the washing machine.

> Tita A ( 4+1 bed places) = This apartment has 2 matrimonial bedroom ; one of the bedrooms has an additional single bed.
There are two bathroom, one for bedroom.
The terrace (adjacent to the home Tita B) is covered in Aeolian- style, and is equipped with tables and chairs for the outside world, it has a partial view on the sea. On the terrace there is a kitchen complete where is situated a washing machine.

> Tita B ( 2 bed places) = Studio apartment with matrimonial bed and kitchen opened, ventilator. There is a little bathroom with shower and little window (no bidet). Terrace covered (adjacent Tita A ) with view on the sea, Lipari and Panarea island; It is equipped with table and chairs outside.

> Tita C ( 2+1 bed places) = Studio apartment with a matrimonial bed and a single bed; there is a kitchen opened, ceiling fan.
Complete bathroom with shower and little window.
On the terrace covered , with view on the sea and on Lipari and Panarea Island, there is a kitchen complete and the terrace is equipped of table and chairs outside.

The villa is surrounded by a garden, the area offers peace and tranquillity and it is near from all the comforts. Ideal for couples, groups of friends and families. There is also tha car parking.
