Siamo nel comune di Santa Marina, nell'isola di Salina. Il comune più grande e sede anche del porto turistico e commerciale.

Si tratta di nuovissimi appartamenti in villa in stile tipicamente eoliano, divisi tra pian terreno e primo piano.
Sono vicinissimi al centro ed al mare di Santa Marina, con accesso da Via Sanità, e sono raggiungibili tramite un viottolo percorribile a piedi o al limite in scooter che si stacca da Via Risorgimento per circa 150 metri.
Sono finemente arredati con ceramiche e colori tipici dello stile eoliano, hanno ventole a soffitto nelle camere e cucine attrezzate di tutto.

L'appartamento Elena A è costituito da due camere da letto indipendenti, con accesso anche dal terrazzo, di cui una con terzo letto aggiunto; ogni camera è dotata di ventilatore a soffitto e di bagno indipendente completo di vano doccia e finestra.
Sul terrazzo si trova la cucina in muratura, attrezzata di tutto con forno e frigorifero; il terrazzo anche se non panoramico è ben attrezzo di tavolo e sedie da esterno.

L'appartamento Elena C è un appartamento in Villa, al piano terra, appena restaurato, ben rifinito e arredato.
E' dotato di due camere matrimoniali di cui una con terzo letto tutte con ventola a soffitto;ci sono 2 bagni completi e con doccia. Ampio portico con ventole a soffitto e cucina.
Il terrazzo è ampio coperto, non panoramico ma attrezzato di tavolo e sedie.
La casa ha ingresso indipendente; doccia esterna; lavatrice.

L'appartamento Elena B è costituito da due camere da letto indipendenti, con balcone panoramico, di cui una con terzo letto aggiunto; ogni camera è dotata di ventilatore a soffitto e di bagno indipendente completo di vano doccia e finestra.
Una delle due camere è anche dotata di mobile cucina a scomparsa a 4 fuochi con tavolo e sedie.
Al piano terra, si trova poi una seconda cucina ricavata sul terrazzo coperto che i clienti di questo appartamento possono utilizzare in alternativa a quella interna. Il terrazzo è attrezzato di tavolo e sedie, cucina con 4 fuochi, forno, frigorifero, lavatrice e doccia esterna con acqua calda.
Questo appartamento è divisibile all'interno e quindi affittabile a due coppie separatamente.

These new apartments in the villa typically Aeolian-style, divided between ground floor and first floor.

It is equipped with two double bedrooms, one with a third bed, all rooms have a ceiling fan.
There are 2 bathrooms, one for guests with input from the terrace. Large porch with ceiling fans and kitchen.
The terrace is large, covered, not panoramic but with table and chairs.
The house has a private entrance, outdoor shower, washing machine.

The apartment Elena B consists of two independent bedrooms , with panoramic balcony, one of these with third bed; each room is equipped with ceiling fan and private bathroom complete with shower and the window.
One of the two rooms is also equipped with a little kitchenette disappearance 4 fires and table and chairs.
On the ground floor there is a terrace with a second kitchen that customers can use as an alternative; this zone is equipped with table and chairs, is covered and is full of everything : 4 burners, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and outside shower with hot water. This apartment can be rented to two couples apart.

The area offers peace and tranquillity and it is near from all the comforts. Ideal for couples, groups of friends and families.
