Villette Santa Marina (Case Giusy)

Siamo nel comune di Santa Marina, nell'isola di Salina. Il comune più grande e sede anche del porto turistico e commerciale.

Si tratta di nuovissimi appartamenti in villa in stile tipicamente eoliano ( edificati nel 2006 ), divisi tra pian terreno e primo piano. Sono vicinissimi al centro ed al mare di Santa Marina, precisamente in Via Sanità, e sono raggiungibili tramite un viottolo percorribile a piedi o al limite in scooter che si stacca da Via Risorgimento per circa 150 metri.

Sono finemente arredati con ceramiche e colori tipici dello stile eoliano, hanno ventole a soffitto nelle camere, cucine attrezzate ed alcune hanno anche la lavatrice.

Al pian terreno della villa ci sono gli appartamenti Giusy A e Giusy B, eccoli nei particolari:

> Giusy A ( 4+1 posti letto) = 2 camere con letto matrimoniale, in una c'è anche la possibilità di aggiungere terzo
letto; le camere hanno entrata indipendente dal terrazzo e sono comunicanti anche dall'interno. Sono ampie e confortevoli e con ventola al soffitto. Una cucina tipica in muratura e con forno sempre con entrata indipendente dal terrazzo.
I bagni sono due, entrambi con doccia e completi di tutti gli accessori e finestra alta.
Il terrazzo (adiacente a quello di casa Giusy B) è coperto in stile eoliano ed è attrezzato di tavolo e sedie per l'esterno, ha una vista parziale sul mare. Sempre sul terrazzo è stata ricavata una zona nella quale è stata inserita la lavatrice.

> Giusy B ( 2 posti letto) = Monolocale con letto matrimonale e mobile cucina apribile, ventola al soffitto. Bagno completo con doccia e finestra alta. Terrazzo coperto ( adiacente Giusy A) con vista parziale sul mare ed attrezzato di tavolo e sedie da esterno.

Al primo piano della villa ci sono gli appartamenti Giusy C e Giusy D, eccoli nei particolari:

> Giusy C ( 2 posti letto) = Monolocale con letto matrimoniale e mobile cucina apribile, balcone panoramicissimo con vista sull'isola di Lipari, ventola al soffitto. Bagno completo con doccia e finestra alta. Terrazzo coperto con vista fantastica sul mare e su Lipari, attrezzato di tavolo e sedie da esterno.

> Giusy D ( 2 posti letto) = Camera da letto matrimoniale con ventola al soffitto, frigo, balcone panoramicissimo con vista sull'isola di Lipari. Bagno completo con doccia e finestra alta. Terrazzo con vista fantastica sul mare e su Lipari, attrezzato di grande ombrellone, tavolo e sedie da esterno. Sul terrazzo è stato ricavato un angolo cottura in muratura.

Le case Giusy C e D sono comunicanti dall'interno ma hanno anche ognuna entrata indipendente.

La villa è circondata da un giardino, la zona offre pace e tranquillità pur essendo a due passi da tutti i comfort. Ideale per coppie, gruppi di amici e famiglie.

We are in the town of Santa Marina, on the island of Salina. The largest town and seat of the port and tourist trade.

These new apartments in the villa typically Aeolian-style (built in 2006), divided between ground floor and first floor.

They are very close to the centre and to the beach in Santa Marina, precisely in Via Sanità, and they are accessible by a short route on foot or scooter, running from Via Risorgimento for about 150 metres.

They are finely decorated with ceramics and colors typical Aeolian-style have ceiling fans in the rooms, kitchens equipped and some have the washing machine.

At the ground floor of the villa there are apartments Giusy A and Giusy B, here they are in detail:

> Giusy A ( 4+1 bed places) = 2 double bedrooms, there is also a possibility of adding a third bed; the rooms have separate entrance from the terrace and are communicating even from within. They are spacious and comfortable, with the ceiling fan. A typical kitchen cabinets with oven with separate entrance from the terrace.
There are two bathrooms with shower complete with all accessories and little window.
The terrace (adjacent to the home Giusy B) is covered in Aeolian- style, and is equipped with tables and chairs for the outside world, it has a partial view oon the sea. Also on the terrace has been converted an area in which was inserted the washing machine

> Giusy B ( 2 bed places) = Studio apartment with matrimonial bed and kitchen opened, ceiling fan. Complete bathroom with shower and little window. Terrace covered ( adjacent Giusy A ) with partial view on the sea and equipped with table and chairs outside.

> Giusy D ( 2 bed places ) = Bedroom with the ceiling fan, refrigerator, balcony with panoramic view on the island of Lipari.
Complete bathroom with shower and little window. Covered terrace with fantastic view of the sea and on Lipari, equipped with table and chairs outside. On terrace there is also a small kitchen.

The houses Giusy C and D are communicating but also indipendent from each entrance.
The villa is surrounded by a garden, the area offers peace and tranquillity and it is near from all the comforts.
