Villetta Ulivo

La Villetta Ulivo si trova in posizione strategica, a due passi dalla famosa spiaggia delle sabbie nere ed a pochi metri dal centro con supermercato, farmacia, negozi, bar e ristoranti.
Pur essendo in posizone centrale si trova posizionata in una zona residenziale molto silenziosa ed in tranquilla.

La villetta è circondata da un verde ed ampio giardino con rigogliosa vegetazione mediterranea dal quale si accede anche al primo piano della villa abitato sporadicamente dai proprietari.

Villetta Ulivo ha ingresso dal terrazzo coperto ed attrezzato di tavolo, sedie e sdraio.
Essa è composta da un'ampia cucina soggiorno accessoriata completa anche di forno e TV color.

Camera con due letti singoli unibili (trasformabili in matrimoniale) e finestra; la camera ha ingresso indipendente dal terrazzo ma è di passaggio per la seconda matrimoniale, anch'essa ampia e con finestra.
Il bagno, piastrellato, è completo di tutti i sanitari ed ha il box doccia e finestra .

L'ampio giardino che circonda la casa è ben curato, con palme e siepi ed un grande ulivo da cui parte una doccia esterna.
Nel giardino c'è anche un' amaca ed una zona barbecue ad uso comune con la villa al primo piano ( occupata sporadicamente ).

The Ulivo Villa is found in strategic position, near the famous beach of black sands and to little meters from the center with supermarket, pharmacy, storees, bar and restaurants.

The Ulivo Villa also being in the centre of Vulcano island it is situated in a calm ans silent zone.
The house is dipped in a green equipped garden, in cumune with the villa at the first floor but it is completely independent.

Villetta Ulivo has entrance from the covered terrace equipped of table, chairs and deckchair.
It is composed from a wide living kitchen room complete also of furnace and TV colour.

A room with two unible single beds with independent entrance from the terrace and the window, but this room is of passage for the other room. Wide matrimonial bedroom with window.
The bathroom is complete of all the sanitary and with shower and window.
The wide garden that encircles the house is very cured, with palms and hedges and a olive's tree where there is an external shower.

In the garden there is also a hammock and a zone barbecue to common use with the villa on the first floor ( sporadically inhabited house ).
