La Villa Giorgia è ubicata nel territorio di Fraginesi, a 5 km circa dalla nota cittadina di Castellammare del Golfo, ove è possibile trovare tutti i servizi di prima necessità come banche, pronto soccorso, supermercati, ecc., a 8 km circa da Scopello e 4,5 km dalla spiaggia di Guidaloca.
La Villa è disposta su un unico piano e si accede al suo interno dalla veranda anteriore. Il soggiorno è spazioso e ben arredato. Qui si trova anche una stufa a legna per riscaldare le giornate più fredde.
In un angolo del soggiorno è realizzata la cucina caratterizzata da maioliche tipiche del luogo. Da qui si accede alla veranda posteriore dove è possibile trascorrere piacevoli momenti di relax o organizzare deliziosi pranzi e grigliate all’aperto.
La zona notte è composta da una camera matrimoniale, una camera doppia e una camera singola. Le camere sono spaziose ed eleganti nei decori e negli arredi.
Il bagno attiguo alla zona notte è con doccia. Villa Giorgia dispone di una piscina con angolo idromassaggio.
Ad ulteriore servizio della villa c’è la zona barbecue e un angolo giochi per i bambini.
La Villa è circondata da un bel giardino, molto curato e verdeggiante con fiori e piante di natura mediterranea che rendono l’ambiente lussureggiante e di particolare bellezza.
Villa Giorgia is a holiday home located 8 km away from the old village of Scopello and the Natural Reserve of Lo Zingaro and 5 km from Castellammare del Golfo, a little town where you can find all the main services such as bank, restaurants, post etc…
You may access the villa from the main veranda equipped with dining table and chairs.
The open plan living room with kitchen corner is quite spacious and well furnished. The fireplace will make the house warm during the coldest days.
The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, microwave, oven and all kind of equipment. From the living room it is also possible to reach the posterior veranda where guests can have pleasant moments of relax or outdoor dining.
A short hall leads to the sleeping area made up of: one double bedroom with queen size bed,one twin bedroom and one single. The bedrooms are spacious and elegantly furnished. The bathroom is with shower.
The Villa is surrounded by a lovely lawned garden and coloured flowers. In the middle of the garden it is located the swimming pool with Jacuzzi corner. The solarium is equipped with sun beds, beach umbrella and external shower.
At disposition of the guests there is a barbeque and a little playground for the children. The car is essential. Free Wifi
