Le case Baia sono due comodi appartamenti di recentissima ristrutturazione che si contraddistinguono per comodità, vicinanza
alla spiaggia ed al centro abitato di Canneto che offre bar, ristoranti, lidi e supermarket...
La casa è al primo piano, a 150 metri dal mare ed a circa 900 metri dalle famose spiagge bianche.
Ambedue gli appartamenti hanno entrata indipendente e sono dei bilocali entrambi con cucina separata dagli altri ambienti e bagno. I posti letto sono 5 per ciascun appartamento.
Ecco la descrizione nei particolari:
- Baia A ( 4+1 posti) : camera da letto matrimoniale con balcone; seconda camera ampia con letto matrimoniale più terzo letto, Tv color e balcone e ventilatore.
La cucina non è molto ampia ma è attrezzata di tavolo e di forno. La toilette è completa di tutti gli accessori e con box doccia e finestra. C'è lavatrice.
- Baia B ( 4+1 posti) : camera da letto matrimoniale ampia con terzo letto, balcone panoramico con vista mare, tv-color e ventilatore. Questa camera può fungere anche da soggiorno pranzo-cena se non si vuole utilizzare il terrazzo.
Seconda camera con letto matrimoniale e finestra alta.
Piccola cucina con forno e tavolo apribile (per 2 persone). Toilette con box doccia ed areatore, c'è anche la lavatrice , phon, asse e ferro da stiro.
Mediante una scala esterna si accede allo splendido terrazzo panoramico con vista sulle isole di Panarea e Stromboli, e sul golfo di Canneto.
L'arredamento per il terrazzo prevede due tavoli, sedie ed ombrelloni. Il terrazzo è molto ampio ed offre comodamente ospitalità per i clienti dei 3 appartamenti, Baia A+B più terzo appartamento di altro proprietario.
Tutti gli infissi delle camere da letto sono in legno.
The Baia houses are two comfortable recently renovated apartments , are particular for the proximity to the beach and the town of Canneto that offers bars, restaurants, beaches and supermarkets
The houses Baia A / B are a first floor, 150 meters from the sea and about 900 meters from the famous "SpiaggeBianche"
The two apartments have an independent entrance, they have the kitchen separated from the other rooms and a bathroom.
Each apartment accommodates 5 people
Here are the details of each apartment:
- BAIA A (beds 4+1) : a matrimonial bedroom with balcony ; a second large matrimonial bedroom with 3rd single bed , Tv ,balcony and fan.
The kitchen is not very large but it is equipped however with table, chairs and oven.
Complete bathroom with shower-box and window. There is a washing machine and phon .
- BAIA B (beds 4+1) :a large matrimonial bedroom with 3rd single bed, panoramic balcony with sea view, Tv and fan.
This room can also be used as a dining area when the terrace is not used.
Second matrimonial bedroom with high window. Small kitchen with oven and opening table(for 2 people).
Bathroom with shower and aerator , there are also a washing machine, phon , an iron and ironing board.
From an external staircase leads to the splendid panoramic terrace with a view of the islands of Panarea and Stromboli, and the bay of Canneto.
The terrace is furnished with two tables, chairs and umbrellas. it is very large and can accommodate guests of the 3 apartments, Baia A + Baia B + third apartment of another owner.
Doors and windows of the bedrooms are made of wood
