Casa Rosanna 2

The "Casa Rosanna 2" for rent on the island of Lipari is located in Canneto, a seaside area on the island of Lipari with beaches, bars, restaurants and shops, everything within reach for a quiet and comfortable holiday near the sea.

The house is located not far (about 50/70 meters) from the largest and most popular beach on the island. The beach can be reached via an alley that cuts across the two main streets of the hamlet and thus makes access easier.

The apartment is on two levels, in fact it is a first and a second floor.

On the first floor there is a first well-furnished double bedroom with wardrobe, window and balcony overlooking the access alley, and a bedroom with a single bed which also has exit to the same balcony.

Also on the first floor is the bathroom complete with all fixtures and with a shower cubicle and large window.

On the second floor there is the kitchen-dining area equipped with table and chairs, fridge, microwave oven, TV and air conditioning.
This room has a window and a large door with access to the solarium terrace of the house.

Also on this floor there is a second double bedroom with a mobile bed and a small window overlooking the solarium terrace. This room is also equipped with air conditioning.

The house has a large solarium terrace, partly covered and equipped with table and chairs for having meals overlooking the bay of Canneto and with the islands of Panarea and Stromboli in the background.

From this terrace, which also has deckchairs where you can relax, you have a view that starts from the Cave di Pomice and ends on the slopes of Monte Rosa.

The house is ideal for those who decide to have a relaxing holiday close to the sea but also for those who want to organize holidays including organized trips that also stop at the Canneto pier which is located a few steps from the house.
