Casa Cavour è ideale per chi vuole conciliare la vicinanza al mare con il centro abitato.
Siamo a Canneto, il secondo centro abitato per grandezza dopo Lipari, il paese si estende lungo la costa per circa 2 km.
Casa Cavour è al piano terra, ed è stata interamente ristrutturata di recente, basta attaversare la strada (circa ad 70 mt) e si è in spiaggia; a circa 400 mt invece iniziano le famose spiagge bianche.
Ha due camere da letto matrimoniali con finestre alte; una delle camere ha due letti singoli unibili in matrimoniale ed un terzo letto (supplemento da pagare extra).
La cucina soggiorno è ampia ed attrezzata anche di forno. Gli infissi sono dotati di persiane e l'ambiente è luminoso e fresco.
Tra le dotazioni ci sono Tv e lavatrice. C'è anche un piccolo terrazzino di servizio coperto sul retro.
La casa è ideale per una vacanza in prossimità della spiaggia e per la vicinanza a tutti i servizi: bar, ristoranti, negozi, supermarket, banca, posta, fermata bus...
Cavour House is on the ground floor; entirely restructured to around 70 meters from the famous Canneto beach, and at about 400 mt from the White Beach.
It has a room with matrimonial bed and a little window, a second room with little window and three single beds ( the cost for the 5° bed is an extra cost); an ample kitchen / living room equipped and with two separate entrances.
It has the tv-color, the washer, and a small inside terrace covered. The house is situated in the centre of Canneto with bars, restaurant, pharmacy and market that make your stay comfortable.
