Siamo a Leni uno dei tre comuni dell'isola di Salina, a 2,5 km circa dal porto di Rinella, dove attraccano aliscafi e navi, ed anche dalla spiaggia , unica di sabbia dell'isola di Salina..

Le villette Acro sono di nuovissima edificazione e sono 2 appartamenti in villa del tutto indipendenti ed in tipico stile eoliano. La villa è circondata da un verde giardino e si trova in posizione panoramicissima con una splendida vista mare. Il centro di Leni è a soli 150 metri.

si trova al piano terra della villa ed ha due splendidi terrazzi panoramici tramite i quali si accede alla casa.
Camera da letto matrimoniale dotata di tv sat + decoder, cassaforte, aria condizionata zanzariere ed ampia finestra vista mare. La cucina è separata dalla camera ed è dotata di angolo cottura 4 fuochi, frigo e piccola finestra.
Il bagno è completo di tutto : phon, zanzariera, doccia e doccetta per bidet; è anche attrezzato per diversamente abili.
I terrazzi sono coperti in stile eoliano e sono attrezzati di tavolo e sedie da esterno, c'è anche una doccia esterna in giardino.
