Villetta ideale per chi ama una vacanza in pieno relax in una delle zone più genuine dell'isola di Salina. Bel panorama.
La Villetta Del Capo_B , tipica costruzione in stile eoliano, si trova poco distante dal comune di Malfa, uno dei tre comuni dell'isola di Salina.
E' immersa in un verde giardino in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa con un gran bel panorama.
La località si chiama Capo Gramignazzi e siamo a circa 1,8 km dal centro di Malfa e 5 km da Santa Marina. La spiaggia più vicina risulta essere quella di Punta Scario a Malfa.
La Villetta ha accesso tramite una stradina sterrata che si stacca dalla strada comunale. Tramite dei gradini si accede al terrazzo con pergolato in puro stile eoliano ed una magnifica vista sul mare e sul porticciolo di Scalo Galera sulla sinistra.
La casa ha due ampie camere da letto matrimoniali indipendenti, ogni camera ha finestra alta ed è dotata di aria condizionata. Entrambe le camere hanno accesso dal corridoio.
La cucina soggiorno è comoda, con accesso dal terrazzo, ha una finestra che dona luce all'ambiente ed è dotata di divano letto matrimoniale e TV.
Il bagno è completo con box doccia e con 2 finestre alte; ha accesso dalla cucina soggiorno.
L'ampio terrazzo è coperto da pergolato e da vegetazione ed è attrezzato di tavolo, sedie e sdraio; vi è anche un lavatoio in stile eoliano con barbecue annesso, doccia esterna e lavatrice; la casa è dotata di posto auto privato.
Accanto alla Villetta Del Capo_B vi è la Villetta Del Capo ( 6 posti letto). Le due case, pur essendo indipendenti, sono attigue e con accesso dal giardino , e risultano ideali per famiglie e gruppi di amici che desiderano trascorrere le proprie vacanze in pieno relax. Per questa zona è consigliabile avere uno scooter o un'auto.
The Villetta Del Capo_B is in the zone of Malfa in the island Salina one of the most beautiful of the Eolian Islands. .
The Villa has a beatiful terrace with sea view and a green garden all arround.
It is situated to around 5 km from the port of Santa Marina, to 1,8 km from the center of Malfa and from the beach of Punta Scario. The beach of Punta Scario can be reached through a characteristic mixed path of stairs.
The zone is however well served from the public- services with stop bus to 200 mt from the house.
The House Villetta del Capo B has access to a little dirt road that branches off from the main road. Through some steps you have access to the panoramic terrace where you can see the most beatiful view of little harbour of Scalo Galera.
There are 2 confortable bedrooms with matrimonial bed;each bedroom has a high window and air conditioning.
The living room with kitchen is large and with access from the terrace and full equipped; it has a large window. There is also a double sofa bed.
There is a full bathroom with 2 little high window and with access from the kitchen.
The covered terrace is equipped with table and chairs and there is a wonderful view on the sea; outside there are also barbecue, outdoor shower and wash-machine. There is private car-parking.
Near House Villetta Del Capo B there is a the Villetta Del Capo ( with 6 bed places ). The houses are recommended for families and groups of friends wishing to spend their vacation relaxing. To reach this zone it's better to have a scooter or a car.
