Una delle più belle ville dell'isola di Salina in quanto a spazi esterni. Ideale per una vacanza di relax a contatto con il mare e la natura.
Attraversando un viale alberato che si stacca di circa 100 mt dal livello stradale, si arriva a Villa Lingua, circondata da piante a vegetazione mediterranea e da profumati fiori.
La Villa Lingua ha struttura tipicamente eoliana con ampio terrazzo panoramico attrezzato di panche e caratteristico tavolo in muratura, in un angolo verde del giardino è posizionato un utile barbecue in muratura.
Dallo splendido terrazzo con vista sulle suggestive isole di Lipari e Panarea si accede indipendentemente a tutte le camere della villa, che è cosi divisa:
camera-soggiorno arredato con mobili antichi in legno con due letti singoli unibili, due camere da letto matrimoniali, camera con due letti singoli unibili.
Le sono dotate di aria condizionata.
Il soggiorno-sala pranzo, con accesso anche dal terrazzo, è ampio e vivibile e separato dalla zona cucina da un arco; la cucina ha un'ampia finestra che si affaccia sul giardino.
L'ampio salotto dotato di tv color e caminetto è adatto per i momenti di relax.
Le due toilette sono complete : una è più ampia e dotata di 2 docce ( box doccia e a pavimento) e con lavatrice, l'altra toilette ha box doccia; entrambe hanno finestra alta.
Il terrazzo della villa è coperto da incannucciato e molto ampio, arredato con mobili da giardino, con angolo lettura e un grande tavolo stile eoliano in muratura ; tutto intorno un grande giardino con piante mediterranee molto curato.
Gode di un bel panorama sulle isole di Lipari, Panarea e Stromboli.
La posizione della villa coniuga tranquillità di una zona verde e rilassante con al contempo vicinanza al mare ed ai servizi essenziali.
Villa Lingua is the classical aeolian house with great balconies covered, with a view on the characteristic lake of Lingua and on the wonderful aeolian sea.
To admire these paradisiacal views gives a great feeling of peace and relax and it reassures after a cold and stressful winter.
The house is on the ground floor, and inside there are the classical furniture that were used once in the aeolian houses, beautiful because they creates that typical atmosphere of the ancient traditions.
There are 2 matrimonial rooms , two rooms with 2 single bed, and a comfortable kitchen-living room. There are also two furnished bathrooms, one with bath-shower and washing machine, the second with shower box.
The 2 bedrooms are equipped of air conditioning.
The large living room with tv and fireplace is suitable for relaxation.
The two toilets are complete, one is larger and has 2 showers (shower and floor) and washing machine, toilet, the other with shower only (no box). Both have high window.
The terrace of the villa is covered by reeds surround the rooms and is very spacious, furnished with garden furniture, with angle reading, and a large table Aeolian style masonry; all around a large garden with Mediterranean plants very nice.
It enjoys a beautiful view of the islands of Lipari, Panarea and Stromboli.
The location of the villa combines the tranquility of a green and relaxing at the same time close to the sea and essential services.
