Posizione unica con un panorama bellissimo. Villetta funzionale e confortevole, ben arredata e spaziosa.
Siamo a Rinella, caratteristico porticciolo dell'isola di Salina.
La Villa Rinella B si trova ad appena 1 km circa dal porto dove attraccano aliscafi e navi, ed è raggiungibile tramite una stradina in salita mista a gradoni ( 25-28 bassi e larghi ) di circa 100 mt che si stacca dalla strada provinciale.
La casa è composta da un'ampia camera con entrata indipendente dal terrazzo dove si trovano due letti ad una piazza e mezza. L'altra camera soggiorno ha due letti singoli in muratura. Entrambi gli ambienti sono dotati di aria condizionata.
L'arredamento è ben curato ed in stile etnico, c'è anche il tv-color ed i ventilatori a soffitto.
La cucina è completa di tutto e con ampia finestra ed uscita sul terrazzo; c'è anche la lavatrice. La toilette è completa con doccia e finestra.
Tutta la casa è poi circondata da un grande terrazzo panoramico coperto ed attrezzato di tavolo e sedie; tutt' intorno verdi e rigogliose aiuole.
Del tutto indipendente vicino alla villa, si trova Villa Rinella da 4 posti.
Villa Rinella B is the classical aeolian house with great terrace with a view on the sea.
To admire these paradisiacal views gives a great feeling of peace and relax and it reassures after a cold and stressful winter.
It is accessed via a small road of about 100 meters uphill, which comes off the provincial road, mixed with steps (25-28 low and wide).
The house has an ample room with independent entrance were there are two large single beds; a bedroom with two single beds in masonry. Both the rooms have air conditioning.
The kitchen is complete also with washing-machine; the bathroom with shower and the window.
Arround the house there is the panoramic terrace with table and chairs ; near the house there is also a garden and the other house : Villa Rinella ( 4 beds).
