Casa Fornello

Fornello house is an apartment situated in Piscità zone, at about 200 mt from the beach, at 1 km from the San Vincenzo square and at about 1,5 km fron the harbour.

The house is on the ground floor, adjacent to other houses but independent of each other.
The furnishings are simple but functional, as is typical of many homes on the island of Stromboli.

It is a two-room apartment with a double bedroom with a window and a separate entrance from the terrace.
The living room/kitchen opens onto the terrace, and there is a mezzanine with a single bed; the mezzanine is not very high, measuring approximately 1.65 meters, and also has a small window.
The kitchen area includes a two-burner stove, an electric oven, and a refrigerator. The house is equipped with fans.

The bathroom has a shower and access to the terrace, a typical feature of old Aeolian houses. There is no bidet.
The terrace is covered with a reed canopy; it is not very large, but can accommodate a table and chairs for four.

The sea is easy to reach and the first beach is at about 200 meters.

The Piscità area is renowned for its greater tranquility compared to the more central areas and for its typical sandy and rocky coves.
