Comodo per la vicinanza alle calette tipiche di Piscità. Ha arredamento curato e confortevole.
La "Villa Rosa" è un gruppo di case in tipico stile Eoliane situate in zona Piscità, immerse in un verde giardino a pochi passi dal mare e dalle tipiche "calette" della zona.
In queste case c’è un angolo per tutto: c’è l’angolo per la mattina d’estate, al riparo dal sole e ventilato dalla corrente incrociata di porta a Sud e finestra a Nord.
I terrazzi: uno per contemplare il vulcano a tutte le ore, le sue fumate nere al sole del giorno o quei rossori notturni a volte illuminati da alcuni lapilli lanciati alti nel cielo con impeto, e l’altro da dove ci si può perdere nel mare, guardando Strombolicchio e andando oltre...
L’unico giardino di Stromboli con un prato verde che unisce le case, amalgama gli ospiti più socievoli o separa chi preferisce privacy e solitudine; profumi diurni e notturni, il frangipane, gelsomini, coestum, stephanotis tutt’intorno al grande tavolo da pranzo sul patio in ombra, sotto pini e stephanotis e bouganvilles che convivono amorevolmente.
Pochi gradini verso destra o verso sinistra e non c’è che la scelta delle calette o di sabbia o di roccia, da cui entrare in acqua per raggiungere a nuoto altre calette ed altri amici, oppure un sentiero di montagna da cui ammirare panorami mozzafiato.
Le case sono ben equipaggiate per tutte le stagioni.. arredate con gusto e piacere.
>> Gli appartamenti sono quattro e vanno dai 2 ai 6 posti letto: Villetta Rosa A (2+1 posti) - Villetta Rosa B (2 + 1 posti) - Villetta Rosa C (6 posti) - Villetta Rosa D (4 posti).
>> La "Villetta Rosa C" ha un grande terrazzo esterno, ombreggiato da cannucciato tipico eoliano e rampicanti di bouganvilles e rose, su cui aprono una camera da letto, il soggiorno e la grande cucina attrezzata di tutto: cucina 4 fuochi con forno a gas, frigo + frizer e lavatrice. Dalla cucina è possibile passare alle due zone della casa che si trovano ad Est ed a Ovest.
Nella zona Est abbiamo un salotto con divani e camino attrezzato con elementi di svago quali Tv, Stereo, Video Giochi e Pianoforte.
Dal salotto si passa alla camera con letto matrimoniale e terzo letto. Ha ingresso diretto anche dal terrazzo e ventilatore a pale a soffitto.
Tra queste due camere si trova un bagno completo di tutti i pezzi sanitari, piatto doccia e finestra alta.
Nel lato Ovest della casa si trovano altre due camere da letto; la prima ha letto matrimoniale e finestra, la seconda ha letto singolo e finestra.

Il terrazzo della casa, separato nella zona pranzo dalla zona soggiorno, è molto grande ed è attrezzato con un grande tavolo da pranzo dove siedono comodamente 10 persone. La zona soggiorno è altrettanto attrezzata con tavoli, sedie, sdraio e divani che permettono tanti momenti di relax.
The “Villa Rosa“ are a group of houses in typical Aeolian style located in a zone called Piscità, in Stromboli Islands.
They are surrounded by a green garden a short walk from the sea and from the typical "bays" of this area.
The terraces of the houses : one side for to contemplate the volcano at all hours,and the other where you can get lost in the sea, looking Strombolicchio and the orizon.
A large green lawn joins the houses : it combines guests more sociable or separates those who prefer privacy and seclusion.
And then a diurnal and nocturnal fragrance,jasmine, coestum, stephanotis, around the large dining table on the patio in the shade.
A few steps to the right or left, to reach coves of sand or rock for swim to other coves , or choose a mountain path from which to admire the fantastic views.
The "Villetta Rosa C" has a large terrace,shaded in the typical Aeolian style with various plants.
On this terrace have access the bedroom, the living room and the large kitchen equipped with refrigerator + freezer and washing machine.
In the east area of the house we have a lounge with sofas and fireplace equipped with TV, Stereo, Video Games and Piano.
From the lounge there is access to the bedroom with double bed and third bed. This bedroom also has direct access also from the terrace and is equipped with a ceiling fan .
Between these two rooms there is a complete bathroom,with shower (no box) and high window.
In the west area of the house there are two more bedrooms:the first room has a double bed and the window,the second room has a single bed and the window.
Between the two bedrooms is the second bathroom with shower(no box ) and high window.
The large terrace is equipped with a large dining table where they can sit 10 people comfortably.
The living area is also equipped with tables, chairs and sofas for moments of relaxation guests
