La "Casa Baia B", in affitto sull'isola di Vulcano è una casa privata ben arredata e funzionale.
Ubicata nella zona di Ponente si trova a circa 50 metri dalla famosa spiaggia delle Sabbie Nere, a circa 1,3 km dal porto e a circa 1 km dal centro. Si trova in una posizione tranquilla ottima per una vacanza all’insegna del relax.
La casa è strutturata su due livelli così composti:
> piano terra con soggiorno con Tv-sat, aria condizionata e Wi-Fi; camera con letto a castello e lettino singolo; cucina, attrezzata con quattro fuochi e forno a gas, fornetto microonde, frigorifero con freezer, lavastoviglie e lavatrice; bagno con doccia.
> piano primo con due camere matrimoniali, ognuna con pale a soffitto, Tv-sat e bagno con doccia fornito di asciugacapelli di sicurezza.
C'è la possibilità di aggiungere un divano letto ad una piazza e mezza con un supplemento sul prezzo settimanale del 20%.
La casa ha un grande terrazzo coperto e attrezzato con tavoli, sedie e sdraio. Sul retro della casa si trova una zona lavanderia e una doccia esterna.
The "Casa Baia B", for rent on the island of Vulcano is a well-furnished and functional private house.
Located in the Ponente area, it is about 50 meters from the famous beach of the Black Sands, about 1.3 km from the port and about 1 km from the center. It is located in a quiet location that is excellent for a relaxing holiday.
The house is structured on two levels as follows:
> ground floor with living room with TV-sat, air conditioning and Wi-Fi; bedroom with bunk bed and single bed; kitchen, equipped with four burners and gas oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine; bathroom with shower.
> first floor with two double bedrooms, each with ceiling fans, TV-sat and bathroom with shower equipped with safety hairdryer.
There is the possibility of adding a sofa bed for a square and a half with a supplement of 20% on the weekly price.
The house has a large covered terrace equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. At the back of the house there is a laundry area and an outdoor shower.
