Ideale per chi ama una vacanza in pieno relax, immersi nel verde e a due passi del mare.
La casa per vacanza "Villa Il Ficus" in affitto sull'isola di Vulcano si trova a circa 500 mt dal centro, dove è possibile trovare supermercati, farmacia, negozi, bar e ristorant, a 700 mt dal porto e circa 900 mt dalla spiaggia di Ponente.
La Villa è circondata da un verde ed ampio giardino dove al centro è presente un grande albero di Ficus, dal quale prende il nome, inoltre è immersa nel verde dell'isola in una zona che, anche se residenziale, risulta molto silenziosa e tranquilla.
All'esterno c'è anche un bel gazebo in muratura con la tipica struttura eoliana con pulera, bisuoli e copertura in travi e incannucciato per godere al massimo del ralax che offre la zona. Sempre nella zona esterna c'è ampio posto auto capace di ospitare sino a 3/4 auto.
La Villa, composta da un unico corpo di fabbrica, è divisa in due singoli appartamenti: un Bilocale con 2 posti letto e un Trilocale con 4 posti letto + una camera Dependance con 2 letti singoli con bagno interno.
La "Villa Il Ficus Dependance" è una camera attrezzata con due letti singoli e piccolo frigo. Ha finestra con vista sul giardino della Villa.
Ha bagno interno completo di tutti i sanitari con box doccia e finestra alta.
Dalla camera Dependance si gode di vista parziale sul cratere.

It has an internal bathroom complete with all sanitary fittings with shower and high window.
From the Dependance room you can enjoy a partial view of the crater.
